Portable solar panels

Standalone panels, one page per officially named model: the panel on its own, not a kit. A panel is a component. It has no storage, no inverter and no AC outlet, so what it can actually do depends entirely on the controller and battery it feeds. Panels sold as a package with a controller and wiring are indexed separately as RV solar kits; battery power stations and generators have their own categories.

Every wattage on this page is an STC rating. Rated at Standard Test Conditions (1,000 W/m², 25 °C cell temperature). Real-world output is always lower and varies with sun angle, weather, temperature, shading and the controller it is paired with. This index publishes no real-world output figure, because no manufacturer states one that survives checking.

How a bare panel differs from a solar kit

The distinction is what is in the box, and it changes what you can honestly say about the product. An RV solar kit ships a charge controller and wiring, so it is a system: it can be described in terms of what it will charge and roughly how much it recovers in a day. A bare panel ships neither, so those questions have no answer until you pair it with something. That is why this family publishes electrical characteristics and a connector type but never a daily output estimate, and why a connector matching your power station is not by itself a compatibility claim.
